Archaeology

We practise archaeology across the world.

In England, our director Vincent Burrows is currently directing extensive excavations at Chilton Farm, were we have found a series of tumuli and Saxon burials along with evidence for the Mesolithic, Bronze Age and Iron Age. This site promises much.

Vincent is also directing field geophysical surveys for the University of Kent, Canterbury at Lyminge.

Last year, he published the Interim Report (Kent Archaeological Review - Spring 2006, issue 164)
Iron Age Activity on Edinburgh Hill, near Dover Castle, Kent.

For the last two years, Vincent has voluntarily trained university students in geophysical field / interpretation of results.
